Students must register and pay tuition fees in their university of origin (Home university). This also applies during the mobility period – i.e. second year of study. The additional enrolment at the host institution is free from tuition fee and shall be done at the latest when starting the double degree programme at the host institution, and must be upheld until graduation or termination. In the case of mobility from and to Amsterdam, fees are paid at the host university. Due to an incompatibility between Danish and Dutch laws, Danish students completing their second year in Amsterdam and Dutch students completing their second year in Aarhus will do it under classical Erasmus exchange agreements and will not pay fees at the host university.

Students enrolled in the programme will be responsible for:

-their own cost of living

-accommodation

-costs for mobility between host and home university

-health and other insurances according to national legal obligations

Students enrolled in the programme are subject during the mobility period to the policies, procedures and rules of the host institution and they will have the same rights and status as other students at the respective institution.
